Your responsbilities

  • First point of contact for all incoming service calls and support requests.
  • Working with the internal ticket system
  • Finding adequate solutions for the handling of hard- and software topics (after familiarization)
  • Participation of the technical monitoring of our servers

Your profile

  • Team player, language driven, highly motivated, solution-oriented, friendly and open-minded
  • A good IT-understanding
  • A confident and customer-oriented appearance
  • Ideally first experience in telephone customer support
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Office as well as good English skills are desirable
