Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for incoming service and support requests
  • Tickethandling (prioritization, processing)
  • Error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software
  • Communication with employees and customers
  • Network documentation
  • Participation in the supervision of technical monitoring

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed training in IT or comparable practical knowledge
  • Good IT technical understanding
  • Ideally experience in telephone customer support and tickethandling
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Office as well as good English skills are desirable
  • Confident and customer-oriented appearance
  • Team player, highly motivated, solution-oriented, friendly and open-minded
  • High quality standards, safety consciousness and ability to work independently
